Shimba Hills National Reserve

 

Destination Overview

Shimba Hills is one of the largest coastal forests in East Africa after Arabuko-Sokoke forest. It is home to the Sable Antelope, elephants, bushbucks, giraffes and is located 33km from Mombasa.

The wide diversity of birds in this reserve include:

  • Bearded Scrub Robin
